The information on EliteMD, including doctor profiles, specialty descriptions, condition information, and ratings, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Doctor ratings and profiles reflect publicly available data and peer evaluations; they should be one factor among many in choosing a physician.

3. Patient Use

Patients may use EliteMD to search our directory of 7,402+ verified specialists, view doctor profiles and credentials, submit confidential inquiries to doctors, and request consultations including our travel program. Patient inquiries are routed securely to doctors through our HIPAA-compliant platform.

4. Doctor Listings

Doctors listed on EliteMD must maintain active medical licenses and board certifications. Doctors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. EliteMD offers Free, Premium ($299/month), and Elite ($799/month) listing plans. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are governed by the plan selected at signup.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EliteMD, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EliteMD and protected by intellectual property laws. Doctor profiles contain information provided by doctors and publicly available data.

6. Limitation of Liability

EliteMD provides its directory "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of doctor profiles, ratings, or other information. We are not liable for any medical outcomes resulting from choosing a doctor found through our platform.
